UHY has seven representatives in Germany

The UHY Deutschland AG and its associated firms operate with more than 250 employees, including 30 accountants, 30 tax consultants and 30 solicitors. In Germany, this makes us one of the top 25 in the industry.

UHY Deutschland AG is registered with the U.S. PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board). This registration is necessary in order to be eligible to audit German subsidiary companies of firms listed in the United States. Only a few German accounting firms are registered with the PCAOB.
